Following the successful spin-off from Xinyi Solar, on 31 December 2024, Xinyi Energy (stock code: 03868.HK) has accumulatively acquired 3,891MW of utility-scale ground-mounted projects from its parent company for independent operation and management.
The raw materials such as low-iron ultra-white silica sand are melted in a glass kiln, and then are pressed and formed by a calendering machine, annealed and cooled, and finally cut to obtain ultra-white patterned glass. The special design patterns on the glass surface significantly improve the transmittance of the glass.
Using internationally leading technology and equipment, an antireflection coating is applied to the surface of high-transparency ultra-white patterned glass, and then the product is tempered to effectively reduce the sunlight reflection ratio on the glass surface, thus improving the conversion efficiency of the modules.
Using ultra-white patterned glass as the base, the product is processed by drilling or drilling combined with silkscreen glazing. The advanced equipment ensures the product has a good processing accuracy, and the excellent process control guarantees the product has outstanding quality.
